Century I was built in 1975, and has 25 floors containing 184 oceanfront properties. The century I is unique because all of the properties in the building are two bedroom units in a split floor (split level) design. The Century Condo has six different floors plans offering each potential buyer a variety of plans from which to choose. As well as being a terrific looking building, the Century I Condominiums offer unit owners and guests an indoor pool, oceanfront sunning deck, private beach access walkway, meeting and exercise rooms with sauna, three elevators (one on ground level for easy loading & unloading), beach lockers (offered on a limited basis), and an outside shower.
