The Sands building offers five different floor plans; 64 studio, 64 one bedroom, 84 one bedroom w/den, 105 two bedroom and 44 three bedrooms units. The sands has four elevators, television (security) monitored public areas, lobby management and rental offices. The Golden Sands Condominium offers unusual and magnificent ocean views with oceanfront glass from floor to ceiling in its units.

The Golden Sands has an abundance of amenities which include indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, saunas, exercise room, sky lighted atrium room, and a private meeting /party room. Also available at the Golden Sands are an oceanfront beach bar, sandwich shop, convenience store and specialty shops - giving the large outdoor deck a boardwalk atmosphere.
