The Plaza Condominium is a direct oeanfront building located at 9800 Coastal Highway. The Plaza was built in 1985, making it one of Ocean City's newer buildings along the Gold Coast. The Plaza Condo building contains 221 units; 150 two bedroom and 71 three bedroom units. The Plaza has 24 hour security, Plaza Condominium Association management office with resident manager, an on-site rental office and four elevators.

The Plaza Condo has an array of amenities; indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpool, sauna, game room, oceanfront restaurant and lounge, and an oceanfront sundeck.

The Plaza building has one of the best reputations in town as a first class building/association. The Plaza Condominium building producers top rental incomes and provides a fun, beachy atmosphere. The Plaza is close to a major grocery store, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
